Are they still claiming that? You may have noticed that more than one of our competitors claim to have invented composting toilets. This is quite the bold claim. The answer is no, they didn't. Well unless you count the maker of the Earth Commode from the 1860s or the Earth Closet from the 1880s! But, I do not think they are still in business. A self-contained composting toilet was patented in sold as early as the mid 1800s. And the concept actually goes back centuries.
