Ladies and Gentlemen: Last fall I purchased an MS-10 for our cabin, which is located in a remote area (near) Houston. We use the cabin every other weekend and holidays, and have had a wholly satisfactory experience with the product and your company. The unit was placed in service in late November, and does all that you say it will. We've followed the upkeep instructions, and had totally satisfactory operation. I emptied it today, for the first time, with some misgivings, expecting somthing other than a clean compost residue and was pleasantly suprised to find the chore neither onerous nor odorous.
